Engineered Controls offers a fully trained staff of technicians to service your pneumatic, electronic and direct digital control systems; security (video monitoring and card access); gas and refrigerant monitoring systems; parking systems – all 24 hours a day.

System Database Protection

The stored electronic information (programming, set points, trending, etc.) in your system represents a large part of your investment. ECI will back up your entire database on a regular basis to ensure that it is always complete and up-to-date. We will maintain a site copy at your facility as well as keeping a protected copy in our office.

Software and Firmware Upgrades

Control manufactures periodically releases software updates that provide added features or speed to your system. ECI can provide these upgrades as they become available, always keeping your system current.

Facility Monitoring

ECI can monitor your site from our office using software designed for your system and provide you round-the-clock monitoring of your building automation system.

Parts Coverage

ECI can warranty any and all parts associated with your control system, including computers and other manufacturer’s equipment.

Training

ECI can provide on-site training to your staff for Honeywell, Alerton, KMC, Tridium and other brands of HVAC control systems. Both Honeywell and Alerton offer a series of factory-certified courses in development and operation of building automation control systems. ECI can provide access to this training remotely or locally at our training facility.
